Verdo Renewables Covid-19 Statement

In light of the ever changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we want to reassure you all that our priority is the safety of our customers and staff. We are taking this situation seriously and making changes to our business in order to fall within our Government and Health Authorities recommendations, to ensure minimal disruption for you, our customers.

Our customer service team are still manning phones, however, because they are now working remotely we recommend, where possible, online orders and queries via email (sale@verdorenewables.co.uk). As you can imagine, phone lines are very busy and anything that can relieve a little of that pressure would be greatly appreciated.

We currently have full stock and do not expect any service or product offering disruption. However, we are experiencing slightly higher than usual demand for pellets, so delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, please be patient with us. We are in constant communication with our suppliers and couriers to ensure that they have similar plans in place, with clear visibility of any potential impact to their service. Drivers of our transport partners will also be given adapted procedures on how to deliver goods. Please respect their procedures so that they can continue to carry out their work to the best of their ability.

We will continue to monitor this situation and notify you of any further changes as and when they happen. In the mean time, please stay safe, stay warm and stay well, hopefully things will return to normal soon.
