Verdo Renewables Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Verdo Holding A/S, the parent company of the Verdo Group. The Group’s headquarters are located in the city of Randers, Denmark.

Verdo recently celebrated 100 years of providing district heating to the city of Randers, making it one of the oldest heat and power plants in Denmark. Today, Verdo operates its own biomass-fired Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant and electricity distribution grid.

In addition to the CHP plant, the company also owns the water supply plant in Randers and provides broadband and telephony services via a fibre-optic network.
